Dr. Josephine Namutebi founded PearlGrowth Consulting in 2014 after 15 years working as an organisational psychologist and HR director across Uganda, Kenya, and South Africa. She saw a clear gap: talented Ugandan professionals who were capable of so much more, but lacked access to quality coaching and professional development.

Armed with a PhD in Organisational Psychology from Makerere University and an ICF Professional Certified Coach designation, she built PearlGrowth from the ground up — starting with three coaches and a small office on Nakasero Road, growing to a team of 14 and over 850 clients served.

Josephine is a sought-after speaker at leadership conferences across East Africa and has been featured in the Daily Monitor, CEO East Africa Magazine, and the Business Daily Africa.
